Reverend Donald Russell Durham

God has truly blessed us at Monks Grove to have such an outstanding leader. He is none other than Donald R. Durham. Pastor Durham comes to us by way of Woodruff, South Carolina. He is the eldest of three preaching sons born to Mr. Alvin and the late Mrs. Alberta Durham. He is a graduate of Woodruff High School and Mid-Atlantic Bible College. He has also done coursework at Converse College and Gardner-Webb School of Divinity.

Pastor Durham is married to the former Donna Thomas also of Woodruff and to that union, God has blessed with two children, Jonathan and Allisondria.

Pastor Durham is a member of the Old Pilgrim Baptist Church and former pastor of the Mt. Alexander Baptist Church. He has been with the Monks Grove church family since 1990. He has been the president of the Tyger River Congress of Christian Education since 1995 and has served as a faculty member of the South Carolina Baptist Congress of Christian Education sin 1996.

Pastor Durham has truly shown himself to be a man of God, not only in the way he teaches and preaches the Word of God, but in how he lives his life. We thank God for him and his family.
